All levels and ages welcome to apply! Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended. Registration includes all festival events, concerts, private lessons and master classes during the days valid for the type of registration purchased.

5-Day Participant: $460

* All 5-day participants are provided 2 guitar lessons, one of which can include performing in an Oscar Ghiglia masterclass. All applicants interested in performing in an Oscar Ghiglia masterclass must audition.
** Participants who take part in the competition are not allowed to have lessons with the competition judges.

5-Day Auditor: $285

1-Day Pass: $75
• All Festival events for one day
• Includes evening concert

2-Day Weekend Pass: $135

YOUNG GUITARISTS WORKSHOP

Boston GuitarFest Young Guitarists Workshop runs from Friday, June 22 - Sunday, June 24

Level I: $165
• Recommended Ages 5-11
• Limited to 10 participants, early registration encouraged
• For complete beginners
• Individual instruction, ensemble playing, and lots of more
• Recital on Sunday afternoon for participants
• Includes free admission to all Boston GuitarFest events for participants

Level II: $195
• Recommended Ages 12-18
• Limited to 20 participants, early registration encouraged
• For students with at least 1 year of studying the guitar
• Individual instruction, ensemble playing, and lots of more
• Recital on Sunday afternoon for participants
• Includes free admission to all Boston GuitarFest events for participants

HOUSING

Housing for the Festival is available at Northeastern University. Room rates are $72/night, single Occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking. All housing residents must be 18 years of age or older– sorry, no exceptions, even if accompanied by a guardian. The NU residence hall available to GuitarFest participants will be announced later this spring. Housing is subject to change to a comparable facility.
