Seminars
In addition to events strictly related to the art of the classical guitar, Boston GuitarFest 2008 aspires to provide a mind- and spirit- expanding global musical perspective. To this end Boston GuitarFest 2008 is delighted to present afternoon concerts, workshops and symposiums on the music of Filipino colonial Spanish music, Benjamin Britten’s Songs from the Chinese; and works for guitar and non-Western traditional instruments. On Sunday afternoon, the music of the Boston GuitarFest 2008 Competition Finalists will be featured.
